The intraoral camera takes pictures of the outside tooth structure, gums, cheeks and tongue with a small pen size camera. The images from the intraoral camera can be viewed immediately on a computer or television monitor. You can see exactly what the doctors are seeing for yourself. Since the images are magnified we are able to detect problems such as cracks or decay when they are very small and easy to treat.
